It begins with you.

Dr. Kate Brunsdon is a passionate advocate for improving the quality of women’s lives through listening, understanding and providing evidence-based solutions without judgement or fear mongering.

Since completing Medical School in 2010, Kate has worked as a Doctor in a diverse range of specialities, spending many years in Mental Health training and practice. It was through this work that Kate learnt about the clear link for women between hormones and mental health which fuelled her interest in search of better treatments and more accurate diagnoses.

She is co-founder of the Menopause and Wellbeing Clinic, where she sees women with symptoms of Menopause, Perimenopause, and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. Kate likes to take an holistic view of women, understanding all the different ‘balls in the air’ they juggle at one time.

Kate follows the Dr. Peter Attia model ‘Early’, focusing on improving healthspan and lifespan by early preventative measures and focusing on key aspects of a healthy, happy life – nutrition, sleep, movement, disease prevention and social/self connection.

Kate is married to her Medical School sweetheart and they live in a loud, chaos filled house with their 4 children and crazy dog.
